Our Handmade Creations :
The Flying Popcorn Ranch is a very creative place. It's not always easy to find ways to make a living in the outback of northwest Montana. Our love for this mountain life has motivated us to explore creative ways to live sustainably and artistically, ecologically and joyfully!
We have by no means arrived at the end of our search. But the goal is not always the destination as much as in the journey itself. It takes a fair amount of faith, flexibility and sweat - always being open to learning, exploration and change - being in sync with the dictates of Mother Nature's moods and seasons is a constant learning experience.
We hope you like what we have to offer from our labors-of-love here at the FPR and that you will want to purchase some of our handmade and/or homegrown creations for yourself and your loved ones. Feel free to browse. If you have any questions, give us a holler!
Note: We are not yet set up with PayPal but we do have electricity and running water. We gladly accept your checks as long as the information is current - an old Montana tradition. And NO SALES TAX!

Barking Treefrog Didgeridoos: Fine quality, handmade and hand-tuned primitive musical instruments based on Aboriginal design. Made from durable yet lightweight yucca and agave inflorescence.
Wicked Woolies: Hand-knit woolen hats and scarves made from the finest quality natural fibers from small producers local and abroad.
Barefoot Bakery: Baked goods from our Earthen Oven that are lovingly created from the finest quality locally and organically grown ingredients.
The Garden: Highest quality and best tasting, fresh, organically-grown fruits and vegetables from our garden.
Log Benches: Quality with a capital Q. Tough and solid log benches made from local woods such as spruce and pine. Smooth and built to last.
Pueblo Ahimsa Pottery: Coil built primitive pottery, based on pre-Columbian indigenous designs; featuring yerba mate` gourds and more.
